At Fancy Pants 4 Pets, we understand when a beloved pet begins to have special needs. Whether your furry friend is a senior, a young animal in heat, is recovering from surgery, or may even have incontinence issues due to an injury, we know you want the best for them in keeping them both clean and happy!
Our products
include single-piece diapers - our All-In-Ones - as well as two-piece products such as our All-In-Twos (AI2s) to help accommodate your animal's circumstances. We also have covers for use with disposable diapers - which our AI2 shells can be used for as well - and other useful, fun products for your furry friend! No Copying or Modifying:
Please note that, when purchasing from Fancy Pants 4 Pets, you are agreeing to not copy or modify Fancy Pants 4 Pets products in any manner for personal use or resale. And no product made by Fancy Pants 4 Pets will be resold for greater than the original purchase price. Fancy Pants 4 Pets was created for the benefit of the furbabies and their parents and not for financial gain. Fancy Pants 4 pets is dedicated in turning any profit made back to furbabies in need via, TNR, help with veterinary bills, rescue and donation of Fancy Pants 4 pets to those in needs.
Shipping:
Orders generally ship within three weeks of your order date, depending on how many orders are ahead of yours. (Please note that with current shipping delays and supply availability there have been minor delays) If you need an order expedited, please make a note at check out and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please remember, these are custom-made for your furry baby!
International Customers will be given the choice of International First Class or International Priority via email when their order is complete. They agree to pay by separate Pay Pal invoice at that time. Also please note, lost packages via USPS priority in Continental US or Priority International will be replaced with like product and not refunded. The replacement order will be put in rush status. If the prints chosen are no longer available you will be given the choice of something new, or we will chose something close. Please note that preorder for Holidays and other special collections, the order will be shipped at the agreed upon time when placing order (ie June orders for Halloween/Fall will be shipped the start of October, July orders for Christmas/winter will be shipped before Thanksgiving etc.)
Cancellation and Return Policy:
Orders may be cancelled and a refund issued within 5 days of order placement. After that time your order will be considered "In Production", materials will be allocated and prepared and cancellation is no longer available. If you have requested your order to be expedited you may not cancel at anytime. We can not accept returns as I am sure you understand. Everything is made to order exactly the way you choose, if you do not need your items your local rescues and shelter would love the donation. Or we have a donation box, anything added to our box goes out to those in need at no charge.
Holiday and Special Collection Preorders can not be cancelled at anytime. If you use the Layway 50% of payment code to pay 50% of your order September 1st. You are agreeing to pay that remaining by Paypal invoice. Any non payment the Fancy Pants will be considered a donation purchase to be donated a rescue or shelter.
